We met Charlotte and The Hedge Team when we first started looking for a place in Florida to avoid the New York City winters. We looked on the East Coast as well as the West Coast. We selected Sarasota in no small measure because of Charlotte. She presented the city to us as the warm and friendly place that we have come to know that it is. She took the time to understand our needs without ever appearing as though she was only interested in selling us something. Our trust in Charlotte was a major reason we decided to buy in this community.
